30 day challenge inspired by Elisha and Myself

This challenge was inspired by Halloween coming up, and we want to lose a good deal of weight before then! So we encorporated the zig zag method into two out of the four weeks. If you open the file and read along with it it will make more sense. But the zig zag method is supposed to break your metabolic patterns that your body gets stuck in, which is what makes you plateau in weight loss. So, the week long zig zag goes like this: the first day your calories are cut down by 400. This might seem harsh, but then the day after you add those 400 calories. So if your supposed to stick to 1500 calories daily, day 1- you would do 1100. day two would be 1900. this shakes your body up and makes your metabolism work harder because it doesnt know what is going to come next.
day 3,4,5 are on your regular calories-1500. this makes your body think you are going to stay at 1500, since 3 days is consistent. day 6-drop down to 1100 again. day 7-back up to 1900.
week 2 is 7 days of regular calorie range. we allot 1 cheat day for this week, where you can go higher on your calories than alloted. we know that sometimes it can be hard!
week three is back to the zig zag method. read above again.
week four is 7 days of regular calorie range. we allot 1 more cheat day for this week.
This is only 28 days. the last two days are to be announced.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the key to this challenge is consistency. the zig zag only works when you stick as close to the goal calories for that day as possible. eat a some crackers if your a little bit under. eat some fruit or something to put you as close to the # as possible. and its important to not go over on those low days. they might seem very hard but its only for ONE day and anything can be done for only one day. just remember, the next day you get to eat your face off! :) so just stick it out. there are only 4 low days the whole 30 days.
